Registration
All meeting attendees must have a valid SATA 2026 badge, which can be purchased through registration link.
Location
The Technical Meeting and the Business Meeting will take place at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center, Ankara, Türkiye.
Meeting Check-In
Attendees can check in at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel lobby on Sunday, 7 June 2026 from 14:00 to 16:30 for badge pick-up. Late registration and check-in will also be available on Monday, 8 June 2026 from 08:00 to 13:00.
Accommodations
Attendees are encouraged to stay at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center. For your questions please contact mice@incorganizasyon.com
Reception
A Welcome Reception will be held at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel on Sunday, 7 June 2026, from 19:30 to 21:30. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided.
Banquet
Technical Meeting attendees and Partner Program participants are cordially invited to the Group Dinner and Banquet Dinner at 8 June 2026 and 11 June 2026.
Technical Visit
As part of the Technical Meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to visit RUZGEM, TUSAS and TUBITAK SAGE wind tunnels. More details will be provided in the final program.
Presenting at SATA 2026
To be considered for a presentation slot at the SATA 2026 Meeting, please submit the following to sata2026meeting@gmail.com no later than April 24, 2026.
- Name(s) of presenter(s), their associated wind tunnel facility, and presenter bio(s) (maximum 60 words each)
- Abstract of the proposed presentation (maximum 250 words)
- New prospective SATA members are required to present an overview of their facility for membership consideration.
- Each speaker will have a total of 20 minutes for their presentation, including time for questions (recommended: 10–15 minutes presenting, 5–10 minutes for Q&A).
