The conference will be held on 07–12 June 2026 at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center – Tulipia Ballroom, in Ankara, Türkiye.

The official language is English. All sessions will be conducted in English.

In June, daytime temperatures average 25–30°C with cooler evenings of 15–18°C. There may be some light rain in the evenings. Light clothing is recommended for the day, with a light jacket or sweater and an umbrella for evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are suggested.

Türkiye operates on GMT+3 year-round.

The local currency is the Turkish Lira (TRY). Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops. ATMs are available throughout the city.

Türkiye uses 220V, 50Hz electricity. Plug types are Type C and Type F (European standard). Please bring an adapter if needed.

Yes. All registered participants will receive a printed Certificate of Attendance.

Visa requirements vary depending on nationality. Please check the latest information with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi access will be available for all registered participants.

There will be no dress codes but business casual is recommended for sessions and technical visits.

Yes. The Welcome Cocktail Reception and two evening dinners are part of the registration package.

Yes. The Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center is fully accessible. For specific accessibility needs, please contact the organizers from mice@incorganizasyon.com

Yes. Transfers and guided access to technical facilities are included in the registration fee. Details will be announced closer to the conference dates.

Yes. Partner Program tours are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for adults of varying interests. Some walking may be required, so comfortable shoes are recommended.

Add-On Tours can be booked separately through the online registration system.

Photography is generally allowed in public conference areas, but recording of presentations is not permitted without prior consent from the presenter and organizers.
